Emergency
If you have not received a response within 4-8 hours, it is likely there is a problem with the Internet.
The problem might be at our end (we have not received your message) or at your end (you have not received our reply).

To make sure that you receive our messages, provide a second or third email address. At least one of these other email addresses should be with a second Internet Service Provider.
In addition, please provide us with your facsimile number in case we are not able to contact you on one of the above addresses.
