| 1. Evaluate the
comments that you have received from the publisher, and revise your document accordingly.
2. Send to OnLine English:
- the version of the document that you originally submitted to the publisher,
- the publisher's comments,
- the version of your document that you have revised in response to the publisher's comments, and
- any questions that you may have about the publisher's comments.
The standard turn-around time applies. If you require a faster turn-around, this can be negotiated.
OnLine English will check the changes that you have made to the English language of your document in response to the publisher's comments.
OnLine English will provide you with a series of responses to:
- your changes
- the publisher's comments and
- your questions about the publisher's comments.
Please note that the guarantee applies only to changes that you have made in response to the publisher's comments on the English language of the document. It does not apply to changes that you have made in response to comments on the content of the document (see: OnLine English quality guarantee). Changes that you have made to the content of the document can be checked by using our follow-up service.
