OnLine English provides academic editing services for authors whose native language is not English. We are based in Australia and have been operating globally over the Internet since 1995.
We are seeking a person to join our management team in the dual role of Client Services Manager (CSM) & Systems Administrator (SA).
We operate 7 days per week, and this role is shared between two managers. The other manager currently works 5 days per week, and this position will be initially for 2 days per week, later expanding to additional days. There will be opportunity to supplement the salary with regular editing work on a contract basis on other days.
The CSM part of the role is primary (80%) and entails responsibility for monitoring the day-to-day operation of the business, supervising a small team of Client Services Coordinators and resolving operational issues. The SA part of the role (20%) is secondary and entails responsibility for monitoring IT systems, managing our proprietary online order management system and resolving technical issues.
